Bugs Takes A Bow-Bully For Bugs III Lobby Card -Framed Fine Art Giclee – Bugs Bunny

$140.00

This framed limited edition 16×20 giclee is entitled “Bully For Bugs.” This scene is taken from an actual “freeze-frame” from the Looney Tunes cartoon short entitled, Bully for Bugs, released in 1952 under the direction of Chuck Jones. On his way to a “big carrot festival,” Bugs Bunny gets lost, tunneling into a ring in the middle of a bullfight between Toro, the bull and a very nervous matador. Edition Size 500.
Originally, “Lobby Cards” were created to publicize each cartoon and were used by theater owners to display in theater lobbies.
“Giclée,” as a fine art term, has come to be associated with prints using fade-resistant “archival” inks (including solvent inks) and the inkjet printers that use them.
